Bill Petruck has compiled a successful track record in fundraising consulting, communications, strategic planning and marketing management.
He is considered an authority in the field of fundraising and philanthropy and lectures throughout North America on fundraising trends and innovations, and conducts workshops for the Association of Fundraising Professionals. He also holds workshops on fundraising tools and trends for wealth management advisors and non-profit organizations.
Micah has a proven track record in working in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors in areas related to not-for-profit capacity building. As Campaign Director, Micah works on all aspects of fundraising campaigns, including but not limited to proposal writing, client management, grant writing and event planning.
Micah is fluent in both Korean and English. He worked as the Executive Director at Korean Canadian Cultural Association, North American marketing manager for DK Mungyo, Reporter for one of the Largest Newspaper in Korea and as a Settlement Worker for the KCWA Family and Social Services.
Micah holds a JD in Law from Whittier Law School, California, MA, Political Science from Yonsei University in Korea, and BA, History from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Wendy is responsible for the management and development of online software. In addition to her ongoing duties with the administration of the server systems, Wendy meets with clients to understand their needs and develops customized solutions to meet their technical requirements relating to ongoing projects.
Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
Sanja assists the Campaign Director with various projects, such as coordinating meetings and drafting grant applications. She is also responsible for office management which includes the day-to-day operational support, client reporting, data entry and communication. From prior experience, Sanja most notably brings to FUNDING matters skills in database management, research, and customer service.
Sanja holds a Master of Museum Studies, a Master of Information from University of Toronto, as well as a Bachelor of Arts.
Gerald has provided personal and corporate income tax returns and preparation to executives and business owners since 1984. He is also an active Chairman of the Finance Committee of a multilingual school.
Gerald is a member in good standing with both the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
Jin is responsible for the design of FUNDING matters’ communication products. He is a Graphic Arts Technician who designs all campaign materials and related documents. Jin has served as Graphic Arts Technician at a number of companies and not-for-profits in both Canada and Korea. He is fluent in Korean and English.
Jin graduated from Centennial College with an Advanced Diploma in Electronics Technology Engineering.
Lindsay is responsible for overall office administration, and works with the campaign director to support client campaigns. This includes maintaining client databases, tracking project deliverables and arranging meetings between clients and potential donors.
Lindsay holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Canadian Studies and History from the University of Toronto.
Hyeseung is responsible for designing client materials such as campaign infographics and related documents. She is also involved in creating animated media shorts for marketing campaigns.
Hyeseung has previously worked as a graphics designer at the CBS TV station as well as a number of advertising companies in the US. Her talents also lends itself to the movie industry, where she took on the role as a Texture Painter on King Kong and a Roto&2D Paint Artist on The Lord of the Rings 2 and 3.
Hyeseung holds a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design from the Cleveland Institute of Art.
Angie is a creative wordsmith for FUNDINGmatters’ strategic communication initiatives for its non-profit-sector clients. Her goal is to drive fundraising results while establishing meaningful and engaged relationships with donors through the creation of personalized Case for Support, Infographic, and other donor support materials.
Through powerful storytelling, Angie builds moving narratives that capture the inspiring causes, programs, growth, and success of our clients to draw the heart strings of diverse philanthropic leaders, motivating their participation. Her additional tasks include editing, proofreading, grant writing, and drafting e-blasts for donor relations.
Angie is a PhD candidate in English at York University with an MA in English from the University of Victoria (English) and an Honours BA in English and Political Science from the University of Toronto. She is fluent in Korean and has reading knowledge of French.
